Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-Custom Items

May be returned within 14 days of delivery in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags.
Order Issues (Defective, Wrong Item, Damaged)

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error).
Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Final Sale Items

Clearance or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
