We want you to love your custom apparel! Since each item is made to order, we generally don't accept returns or exchanges. However, if there's an issue with your order, like a defect or a mismatch with your design, contact us within 14 days. We'll sort it out with a replacement or refund. Check your items as soon as they arrive and let us know if there's an issue! 😊

We start working on your order right away to get it to you quickly! If you need to make changes, contact us ASAP. We'll do our best to help, but once production starts, changes or cancellations might not be possible.

We offer standard (5-7 business days) and expedited (2-3 business days) shipping. Delivery times can vary based on your location and the season. Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package! 📦

After we ship your order, we'll email you a tracking number. Use it on our site or the carrier's site to see where your package is. Need help? Contact our customer service!
