REFUND POLICY

At Custom Treasure Clothing, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our products are custom made or printed on demand, we follow the refund and return policy outlined below.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or design selected by the customer. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review the problem and provide a replacement if necessary.

Lost Packages
If your order is lost during shipping, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once the issue is verified, we will process a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Processing Time
Most of our items are produced on demand. This means your order may take several days to be processed before shipping.
